One of our production techniques utilizes a mould.

Depending on the size and shape of the new item, a number of moulds may be needed to manufacture it.

Moulds can be constructed using various materials, but all must have a texture free finish.

Sanding is one of the processes used to get that smooth, unblemished finish required for the perfect piece.

Once the mould has achieved the desired finish a sample is moulded.

Samples are put through rigorous testing and inspections before final production procedures can be carried out.

Further inspections and testing is carried out before certification of the product is passed and the item can be dispatched to our customer.
