Founded by Rex and Jenny Goadby in 1986, Aero Plastics & Structures was primarily established to assist the requirements of the local aviation industry in Far North Queensland. We at AP&S proudly retain our Australian heritage, continuing to manufacture our quality products from Australia under the Sunshine Group of Companies.
Our modern, well equipped manufacturing plant is located in Townsville, the capital of Tropical North Queensland, Australia.
Over the years we have expanded our capabilities to include an extensive range of quality interior mouldings from meal tray repairs to complete replacement interior kits.
These cost effective and popular solutions are offered to the Aviation Industry and Maintenance Organisations world wide via a network of International agents and distributors.
With modern equipment and work practices we have the in-house ability to fulfill all of your requirements, whether it be a specialized “one-off” design concept, prototyping, or rolling out high volume certified and approved production runs.
Our material testing facilities provide for comprehensive material verification to the required aviation principals, and ensure the highest standards in material selection for our products.
